Meeting starting 會議開始 at 8:35 AM at the Greenlane McDonald (our new meeting new venue for 2019-20)
We started the meeting with Rotary Song and Word of the Day - 篳路藍縷 presented by Sam Chen. P Walter introduces a member show and tells session to enhance the member's engagement and PP Eric gave today. His topic was "The Top 9 fortune things in my life", he only got enough time to share the first two with us, it was so interest and bringing out so much fun and laugh, more to come in the next time.
We host our first Club general administration session for some quick change of ideas and a few events has been confirmed, which was productive. P Walter shared the annual budget, charity team and ideas' with a brief discussion with the club members. Our routine meeting finished at 9:45 AM and we carry on with the Board Meeting (理事會) straight afterward. The Board meeting was close 理事會 會議結束 at 10:20 AM.
